About Cartoon Usage Rights
One-Time-Use
This means you pay a fee to use a cartoon once in your publication, on your web site, or for any other purpose, but I retain the rights to the cartoon for further sales.
All Rights
This means you pay to own the cartoon for your use in whatever way you see fit. Under these rights, I lose all control over the cartoon; in other words, it's yours! All my stock cartoons are available for either one-time-use or all rights If you purchase all rights to a stock cartoon, then I'll remove that version from my site. Custom cartoons are always sold to you with all rights, unless your publication rights are different. . .
